Gloria's Bio

Rev. Gloria Jeanne Nye is an ordained Spiritualist Minister, National Spiritualist Teacher and Certified Medium. She was Director of Endowments for the National Spiritualist Association of Churches (NSAC), and is founder and pastor of the Center of Inner Light (formerly the Inner Light Spiritualist Church) now located in Portland, Maine.  As a child-prodigy of Spirit, her mediumship spans over 50 years.  Her spiritual gifts include: clairsentience, clairaudience, and clairvoyance.  She has served Spirit by giving spirit messages to hundreds of thousands of individuals, groups, and Spiritualist churches and camps throughout the United States, Scotland, and Japan.

In 2005 and 2006, Rev. Gloria Nye trained with Rev. Judith Baldwin, widow of esteemed Spirit Releasement Therapy (SRT) and Past Life Therapy (PLT) pioneer, Dr. William Baldwin.

She has recently received her certification for Family Herbology from the Dr. Christopher School of Natural Healing.

Rev. Nye has written two successful children’s series for the Spotlight Magazine and published numerous articles in the NSAC Summit Magazine.  She was featured in a 2002 December FATE Magazine article, and in The Psychic News, the UK’s largest psychic newspaper.  She has been featured in the Portland Press Herald and the Scarborough Leader.

She is currently at work on three books: mediumship development, an autobiography, and a book on the effects of spirit and demon attachments on humans.  In her spare time, this award winning artist continues to paint her pastels and watercolors depicting “spirit” within nature.
